+1, they seem quite swag- i like the backstory
plus diversity creates more RP so that's great to have.
As for member count, like Raven said above- other faction apps have 7-12 so I don't see why that's a concern

I would actually love to see a mob / faction thats not Colombian or Italian BUT Their members could improve but theres always time for that. Their Backstory is actually good.
