Reason for ban: Metagame and Staff Abuse

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): First of I would like to start with an apology towards the DV-N for my actions and I truly apologize for my actions and I have indeed failed to uphold the unbiased status of a staff member. My carelessness lead to me using my staff powers to take some screenshots of detectives that were investigating my IC char's case and sent it to people that didn't have acces to that information and ,even if later on I decided not to pursue and use that information in my advantage, I still should've stopped and realize what I was doing was wrong. I have also gotten accused of collaborating with banned users in getting warrants on said characters that I wouldn't have been able to, which is the one thing I have to declare that is completely untrue as I have never received any warrants from him directly and only have found out later down the line after that said person was banned and would have at least tried to warn them that what they are doing is wrong. So in conclusion I apologize for my actions as I did not realize that what I was doing was metagame as I was under the impression as long as it wasn't in game it was OOC but I have learnt my lesson now and I have bettered myself

Why should you be unbanned?
I have a lot of fun memories on this server and always had fun on it, and as it's been a bit since my ban, having a semi clean record and as I have learnt my lesson, I'm ready to reintegrate myself in this community where i have spent a significant amount of time and have become a little well known within certain parts of the community and with my experience within the server I feel like i can improve RP for everyone and help build the community more.

Although he failed his duties as a staff member he can be welcomed back into the community. Never had any problems with him. As long as he acknowledges his faults and doesn't attempt them again he should be welcomed back.

I understand that he is in the wrong with what he did but I believe he can learn from these doings so I believe you should give him a second chance
