Reason for ban: Item transfer

Length of ban: 1 week

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I would like to dispute and to also apologize.

Why I should be unbanned: I was banned earlier today for item transfer. I was attempting to make a new character due to a glitch (my stats such as stamina were reset and I couldn't interact with certain things), and a friend was assisting me with transferring my items. We were completely unaware of the rule (including a friend who has been playing for over a year), which I admit, was a lack of judgment on my part and I should have checked the rules more thoroughly. I am very new to this server, and have only been playing for a few weeks, which I have enjoyed. The character I was transferring items to was not under any risk of PK, and I have never had any history with admin trouble. I apologize for the trouble I may have caused. Before this, my record has been completely clear. I'm not asking for a complete unban, but it seems like a week ban is a little much for such a small mistake.

If you have been here for a while, you would have been able to understand the reasoning for why item transferring is not allowed. Those types of instances such as stamina should not be a valid reason for an item transfer. I was given several reports for metagaming on both of your parts as well as the item transferring. I see this ban as justified.

Can I get a second opinion on this, I was reported out of spite and it seemed the guy reported more for his own satisfaction, although I am fully aware I have broken the rules. There was no metagaming going on, it was only item transferring, although the reporter seemed to think otherwise. There was only one person to see us, so there is no way you could have gotten multiple reports, unless of course he had submitted multiple.
