Reason for the blacklist (if given): Flag abuse
Why should they be returned? I made a mistake: I locked my friends in glass cages just joking around and Canadian Bacon saw this and took my PET flags away because I had two warnings before that ( which I don't remember when they were given out and I must not have heard them telling me I was receiving a warning but they were given nonetheless). The reason why I want my PET FLAGS again is that I want to be able to place the dupes I have for the properties I work at so it makes the place look nice and more welcoming. If I do get my PET FLAGS given again I will not abuse them and only use them to place the dupes I have.
