I'd suggest adding a vehicle fuel system where cars require gasoline. Gas could, obviously, be obtained at the gas station. Allow owners of the gas station properties (if there is one) to set the price of gas in gallons (because fuck liters). Vehicles would consume fuel when they are idling and also while driving. If you really wanted to dive deep into the roleplay aspect of this, you could have the legal oil factions supplying gas stations with oil to make into gasoline to supply the pumps for more Legal RP. Also another way to empty money from the economy over time.

+1 could make owning gas stations in both cities a viable property. 10% of the money collected in each pump could be claimed on property taxes similar to npcs that sell food. Great idea!
