Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):I just started playing on the server again after a extensive period of not playing, So I was disappointed to see that I was banned unknowingly after being on the server for at least 30mins. I got arrested for punching someone and I was going through the process when I had to leave to go pick up a pizza my mom had ordered not knowing that If I went afk I would be banned. I also informed the arresting officer of my situation and he just gave me a plea deal for 10mins so once I was in the cell I left to go pick it up and I came back not long ago and saw I was banned.

Why should you be unbanned? Me and my friend wanted to start playing again so me being banned, basically post pones our play through. I wasn't aware of that if I went afk after I was already processed I would be banned.

Hello I was the banning admin, the reason for your ban is because the officer was awaiting you to sign your plea appeal and he had waited for almost 40 minutes. You had not told the officer from what I believe that you would be gone, at least he didn’t say anything about you claiming you were leaving. But you hadn’t have been fully processed and sent to jail yet. You also have a history of LTAPing as well which extended the ban.

I said it kind of abruptly but there was at least two or three officers there when I said it. I was in a rush because I was being yelled at so I must've not heard him. I'm not sure who the arresting officer was but my apologies go out to him, before I left I noticed I was in the open cell so I assumed I had already been processed I didn't know I had to formally accept the plea deal.
