Reason for PK: not really to sure i was told the don ordered it because i was too flashy and had to much money to much things that cost alot of money like suits and a penthouse even tho i had it before i joined them even told them that i was hired in my 225k suit and the other reason was for not spending to much time at their place even tho i did spent most of my time there i was barely even in the faction on friday i was promotion to associate so between wednesday threw thrusday i spent all my time when it was open at that place only left a few times while it was open so.

Why should you be unPK'd?: i think i should be unpked because it really wasnt pked for a valid reason that i know of and i asked a few people and got no valid reason for it. i was told by canadian bacon himself that you cant kill someone for buying or owning thing that cost alot of ingame money. when they killed me i got tped in a sit and 5 seconds later while nothing was being said i got my character banned and i was told by an ex staff member that the staff member has to tell you why you are being pked before they banned your character but idk if thats 100% true. I pretty much did nothing wrong and didn't break any rules all day Friday and Saturday i spent the whole day grinding out bricks for a big deal i had set up with another member in the faction those were the only 2 days i was in the faction as an associate and i was pked on saturday before the day ended. on Thursday i was only on for like 2 hours and i spent the whole time working at their place. Wednesday was when i started working for them and spent most of the time i was on working for them. this pk is pretty bull cause i didnt even do anything i would order a brick afk next to the place got up pick up my brick and afk again go order it repeat most of the time. 

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: no.

I am the admin that oversaw your PK.

I accepted a PK ticket created someone in your faction, where I sat down with the "Acting Don" of your faction and talked about the reasons as to why he was requesting your Perma-Kill. He told me the reasons and I decided it was within PK guidelines and went ahead with the PK. The reason you were placed in a sit room is because I thought I had made you PK active before initiating the scenario for your PK but I guess from either user error or glitch, you did not get perma-killed immediately upon your death. So I placed you in a sit room, and PK'd your character from there. You did message me later and asked why you were PK'd and I responded that it was a dons orders PK, meaning your don placed the hit on you.

The acting don of your previous faction has written out some of the reasons you were PK'd.

"The prime reasons you was PKed was for the following

1) You was far to flashy, despite being warned several times not to be. You was a new associate of our family, you worked in our restaurant as a waiter. You should not have had the money you flashed in that role. This brings heat. Your brother/cousin and several others had been given the same warning, as this is a policy in our family that has been around for a long time. Your brother/cousin adhered to the rule, sold his Rolls Royce, and acted in a less showboat manner.

2) You made yourself a massive liability to us. When the right hand of the crew you was in asked you how you made the money, you listed the names of several made men+ in the Pricipatos who you dealt bricks with. This presented you as a loud mouth and a untrustworthy individual. If you could so haphazardly list those names in casual conversation, what's to stop you listing those names if you got picked up? And more, you was behind to be introduced to our organization. What would stop you revealing the information on us? I doubt you would hold under the pressure and safe guard those names.

3) The capo of your crew, and his right hand deemed you unsuitable for there crew. (Our capos have autonomy to manage and remove there own guys). They wanted to whack you out of there crew.

TLTR; you broke several rules of ours and went against direct instructions to dim your appearance and actions. You was unsuitable for long term with us.")

1 i was never warned to not to be flashy i was told when i was working in the place i had to wear the uniform and i did. and i stated MANY times that i had all that before before i even thought about joining them as i been grinding on that character as a citizen for 2 months. its also not fair that i cant pick what clothing i wear on my free time i personally dont like the suits in the clothing shop hints why i had custom suits hints why other people have them. why even hire me if you knew i had money cause i showed up there on my first day in a 225k suit asking for a job to join a faction. 2 the "several made man+" i told them that gave me bricks WERENT MADE AT THE TIME zane was a made man but he had left his faction to become more legal he is now an associate in a diff faction but that was before he gave me bricks and after he left his faction. the only made men i said i stated that im friends with them and been friends with them for a long time. also why even ask me where did i get my money from if you didnt want me to be honest about it that is the most stupidest thing to mad at i get it if i lied about it. also i wouldnt name drop people to the police. its pretty bull that i cant spend my money how i wanted to EVEN THO I WAS A CITIZEN WHEN I GOT MOST OF MY ITEMS. whats the point in grinding out money daily if you can only spend it in kickups which you dont have as a citizen????????? i was also never warned hey you cant wear your custom clothing out in public and you shouldnt be able to tell someone that and pk them for it thats bull because me and a few others i know dont really like the clothing in the clothing store. and what if i paid real life money to get my own custom suit am i not allowed to wear something i paid IRL money????? that to me kinda feels like scamming that i cant wear something i paid for irl money when its legal to wear.

Whether or not your PK is appealed or not is out of my hands, but I'd like to clerify on a few things. As of right now the clothes situation is a he said she said situation, with that being said, when joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. As above, your former don has said you were a liability to their faction among the other accusations, and wanted you gone. In my opinion your PK is viable and is deniable. However I respect the decisions of the higher ups.

Also the only people I said I was friends with I only said their nicknames / street names so would it really matter that I said that isn’t the point of saying a nickname so people don’t know your real name the cops won’t know who ace is just by hearing someone referring another guy about some dude name ace
