What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
Essentially, I'm asking for a staff position because I think my background and efforts would be useful on such a fun server. I'm a trustworthy person, so there's not much else I can say to explain why, other than the broad justification that I must help urgently. I think this would be something that would suit me and that I need. I consider myself to be a successful person who is likely substantially more skilled than some potential future prospects. I'm not stating this to "put myself above them," but rather to demonstrate that I know how to fulfil my obligations in a unique way.
Another important point to keep in mind is that, in general, I will act impartially regardless of whether the person I end up prohibiting or booting is a buddy of mine. I also find it difficult to become annoyed or upset when anything happens. I'm able to maintain composure and control my inclination to panic. I'm just saying that I'm quite resilient when it comes to handling players' inappropriate behaviour. I am an important person because I can be online for extended periods of time and manage situations when other people might not be. I also have a real life; nevertheless, I take frequent pauses from the server to focus on the task I am now doing. I am aware of how to complete tasks in a professional and efficient manner. What you learn from this is up to you to decide. I'm asking Diverge for a shot so I may help out as a staff member in any way I can. It is what drives me and the basis for my application.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
If I need to use any solicitations outside of my current study, I'm a quick learner, I have experience as an SMT member on a number of RP servers, and I am online pretty much every day. If any players need assistance with clarification regarding Diverge rules, decisions, assistance, and so forth, I'm reasonable and solid, and I have complete understanding of most aspects of the Rule Book. I'm consistently solid and reliable in every way, and I can reasonably assist anyone with anything that I am prepared to help with complete disposition.
I believe I can contribute to the server in a variety of ways, not just by being hired as a staff to give players more power. While it is reasonable to assume that I'm applying for a staff position to help players with their basic needs and abide by the rules, I can also contribute in other ways by assisting my staff team with people who consistently make poor decisions and by helping the staff team gather information about these individuals. Not only that, but I can also support the server by joining whenever necessary to help people in need, enforce regulations, or reprimand players who disturb the role-playing environment. Having said that, I'll do my best to provide the best chance for everyone willing to play on this server and offer a great review while I'm at it. In this condition, I want people to feel welcomed and like they are participating in role-playing, not having it ruined by some minge rushing about.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No I have not
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I don't know to be honest I have just came back like a month and a half ago I took along vacation away from the city because life got very busy all a sudden, but before I left I would like to say I was well known.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names:
I don't have any sorry, I haven't talked to a lot off staff, I guess that's a good thing though.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
If no staff members were accessible, I would first see whether any were on duty. If not, I would, unless it was very impossible, temporarily excuse myself from any RP situations I was in and handle the issue normally. Examine the logs, get the accuser's and the accused's versions of the event, and ask if they have any video footage you may utilise.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
If I could, I would try to gather proof of this abusive conduct; if not, I would alert a higher-up about it so that they could be properly watched. If I can gather proof in the form of a screenshot or video clip, I will forward it to a superior who can deal with the issue.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would Punish him/her as I would just a normal player, I cant be biased because that's not fair on everyone else, its there fault that they cant follow the rules its not hard to follow them.
