Why should you be unbanned?: This ban was falsely, The staff that banned me had witnessed (Not on Staff Char) a women and me speaking as I was talking. I asked if she wanted a job the white shirt then pulled out her fists and attempted to punch me but missed and causes no damage I then proceeded to shoot the women and kill her, after this I witnessed the said admin disappear to his staff character and pull me into a sit and proceed to ask me why I rdmed that women. After showing him the clip below he says that I'm lying to him and that I'm being banned. The clip below in the first SECOND!!!! shows the women attempting to punch me. Yet the admin still banned me.

You attempted to recruit a civilian into your faction and after being rejected you chose to pull out your weapon and kill the other player. The punch had not landed on you, the civilian had no previous interaction with you, there wasn't even a conversation had prior to you shooting and killing him, the whole scenario lasted no more than 7 seconds before you began to shoot the player, once you started shooting you spent another 11 seconds shooting them. You spent more time in a "RP Scenario" shooting a player than interacting with them in any way.

What I understood from your roleplay was that you were looking for an excuse to kill players, the white shirt newer players with no weapons to shoot back at you preferably. A failed punch from a new player not willing to join your faction is not reason enough to kill them and end whatever type of roleplay they were getting at.

I will admit this, I had not seen the punch on the clip you provided until now and from my point of view I had not heard nor seen the civilian try to punch you. I apologize for the "Lying to Staff" addition to your ban; however, I still believe you killed a player without due cause, even after they tried running away and did not attack you back upon your missed shots.

I believe a ban should remain; however I'll let Upper Administration decide if they'd like to reduce it.

I do believe it was well within your right to defend yourself from a possible attacker, however as Tax said above, "you spent another 11 seconds shooting them. You spent more time in a "RP Scenario" shooting a player than interacting with them in any way." You spent extra time trying to kill them when they no longer posed a threat to you. I do believe the ban is justified given your past offenses but will reduce it down by one day.
