Considering some of the past staff's ban records, I would say that this shouldn't be an end all be all for his application. From my interactions with him since I've returned into the community he's a genuinely good roleplayer and actively reminds others in our group to follow rules regarding voicechats on discord. 

I mean, when I applied for staff and moved up to GM eventually, I had a fair bit of bans/warns for similar small issues. 
In short: Add Diverge Sex Mod, Add my faction the Stewart little crime family, and this guy is a good guy
I may do a lot of fucking around and joking with the community, but anyone thats been here long enough knows Im capable of being serious, and Im being serious when I say this guy would make a good staff member.
