Character name limit

I think a character name limit would be a great implementation. Or on top of that, have two seperate text boxes, one for first name and one for last, both with a 3 char limit.

Pros:
Would stop people from having 1 name right out of the gate.
Would be great for staff so we don't have to keep badgering folks to change their name.

Cons:
None that I can think of, other than the coding amendment time taken.

Spaces count as a character. And you have to have a last name, so even if that persons name was 'Li Jo' or 'Fu Ji' 'Li Do' etc those names would count as 5 characters.
