Yep, this is my bad. Somehow when I took away a cop's L flags his PET flags were removed simultaneously, I have no clue why, but he does need them restored.

What flags were blacklisted from you?: PET Flags which are the pistol and the lazer gun both for props.

Reason for blacklist (if given): NovaLuna told me he accidentally took them away but it was done through a glitch in the video game.

Why should they be returned?: NovaLuna told me to post this in here because he said he doesn't have permission to give the flags back himself. I want my stuff back please, and also my most sincere apologies for taking so long to respond, I just saw I was supposed to put it in the correct format and Nova told me to post the other format from before this posting.
