The ATM in Hall Square Stuck Bug
This ATM has had issues when walked close to or approached. Whenever you walk to an ATM too closely, it may cause you to get stuck until you do a failover command, which may cause you to get killed and lose your things when a rulebreaker decides it is funny to do so, when having a gun equipped, it will cause you to lose a mag's worth of ammunition until reloaded. It's a minor inconvenience but it can surely turn badly.
How to reproduce:
1. Walk to the ATM (Preferably the corners, as this is where it happens the most)
2. try to get close enough to use it (Point blank)
3. Get stuck.
