Add a Katana to the Asian faction dealers

We must bring honor to our clan in the most honorable way. How can we vanquish enemy clan with just weapons of industrial revolution we require weapons beyond the projectiles. We need samurai weapons to the asian factions to ensure the vanquishing of enemy clans.
