Why should you be unbanned? 
I'll start out by telling you what happened leading up to this Ban. I was out one night watching the riots the Italians Kicked in Infront of the Polish Casino, the Poles are Allied to my Faction or At Least Aligned, 14k Triad. I got mad at the Italians for causing this scene so I got the, at the time, “Brilliant” idea of planting evidence in the Napoli Hotel and Calling the Police to Raid the Place, this went as well as you'd expect by me getting banned mere hours after. I come to you today with an apology for my actions, I'm ashamed I attempted to Force RP on others without consulting the rules first. The only reason I sought it was because it happened to me a while back and My place got raided by someone planting drugs. I would have never done it had I known it was against the rules. I understand I've been a well versed player within the Diverge Community for a While now, and my track record shows, but I want to ask you for forgiveness. My intentions were not to Hurt the RP aspect of the Server in Any Way or Endanger People, I wanted something more trivial to spark up in the heat of the moment so that's why I did what I did. I can understand that this can come off as me being disrespectful to not only the server but the Community, and I sincerely apologize for my actions and if I ever hurt anyone in the process. I am glad and relieved that the Admin got to it in time before any serious situations unfolded as a result of my reckless actions. I not only Apologize to You, but to the Server and the Community as a whole and i Hope we can Leave this in the Past and Move on from this. I'm an On and Off Kind of Player and Right now I got myself really immersed and quite frankly obsessed with the server. It's a lot of fun and the general RP is just great. I Promise you No such Actions will ever be Repeated, and i'll do my best to ensure i follow each last rule. I made a Simple Mistake that I wasn't aware of.

I was lenient with my punishment considering the scale of what was done and your extensive POs, you planted evidence inside of Napoli Apartments and went to PD with an affidavit and photos trying to force RP which is completely against the rules. This is why you were banned and the entire situation was voided. Wait out your ban and take the time to reflect and read up on the rules if you decide to come back afterwards.
