Why should you be unbanned? As i wasnt given a proper reason as to why i have been banned, ( i shouldve been given a clear reason as to why i was banned so i would know what not to do when i got unbanned) im assuming it was because i frequently get into police chases on my supervillian account. I have had this account for months, and ive always feuded with police, as it was an Rp trait for my character, and i was never punished or even warned before, even though i would frequently speak with server authorities regarding things like RDMS and police custody problems. Multiple police have also told me that they enjoy the conflict and that it gives them something to do. additionally, as this was my first server offence besides an rdm issue with my friend, i think i shouldve been given a stern warning and not be banned for a week. TLDR- i have been playing as a supervillian for months without an issue, and i was never told to stop, and i wasnt given a proper ban reason.

EDIT- I opened a ticket on the discord regarding my ban and the staff member who banned me accused me of VDM, which i have never done. I never killed anybody with my car intentionally. Isnt this stuff in the logs?

EDIT 2- Toast mentioned my Jimmy Carone account, and yes i admit i definitely shouldve gotten in trouble for that, i had no intention to rp whe feuding with police, but i made Red Rocket after my PK, in an attempt to legitimately roleplay.

You spend all your time being a minge on your "Danny Evilman" character, constantly getting into police chases, trespassing, driving your car into PD and getting arrested only to take a plea deal then do it all over again. Not to be rude, but you are a low quality player and don't really contribute much.

This doesnt change the fact that ive never been warned for it. If admins ever told me to stop i would gladly do so, as i have a legit char that is in the works of joining a syndicate.

Also, Jimmy Carrone ill admit i shouldve got in trouble for, considering being a jailbird was not a character trait, i admit there was no roleplay when i did it on that account. Making the Danny account was to roleplay as a wannabe supervillain so i could Rp, if you see it that way.

also, i think timmy was my friend who came in after i was arrested, i may be wrong but i dont remember making it considering i always had a legit char in my other slot

2 POs, including a ban, for doing the exact same bit every time you come on the server. There's much more to RP than just baiting cops into highspeed chases, especially when the cops aren't too happy about it. I decided that you don't have any valuable RP to offer the server, and that you need to take time to consider your conduct and see what ways you can provide the community with valuable RP.

Now yesterday you cited "multiple VDMs" as another reason i was banned, even though i never killed anyone with a car, and im sure you could get logs to prove it. So was it because of both the cop bait and VDMs? And why not mention that here, since again it was mentioned on discord? I would imagine VDMs being a much bigger reason to ban somebody, much more than cop bait? And next time, please mention why somebody was banned. If i were to not create a thread and instead go back on after a week, "youre cringe too" does not tell me what i did wrong, so i cant reoffend. I have never been spoken to by an admin for FailRP, and it seems like i received such a harsh ban, seemingly for some personal reason that you dont like me, (reflected in the "Youre cringe too" statement) if someone had given me a warning, i wouldve stopped. I love the server and have a bunch of time on it, its not worth losing my privilege to play over a supervillian account, a week was a little harsh.

There is nothing inherently wrong with getting in chases, but as long as you don't bait them out to KILL police, then it's technically fine.

The original issue arises from a rule loop where you can kill police if they attempt to arrest you when you have something illegal that will lead to a felony. But if you are taking the charges and the arrest RP, then I think it's fine.

I have seen your adverts, and they're cringe and awful. I understand having these conflicts with police is fun, but minimize the cringe aspect and it should be fine.

Personally, I don't have an issue with this type of gameplay, but when you add this annoying flare to it, I can see why something was done.
