How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: I could realistically dedicate about 5-6 hours a day depending on the day. I am in college so Monday's and Thursday's I wont be able to get on but any other day I should be able to dedicate a decent amount of time.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I wish to apply because I have come to love the server and I want to be able to help out wherever I can. I find myself being on at times where staff members usually aren't online so I want to be able to help players out during those time periods. I generally find myself as a leader and I want to help set a good example for the community and what players should look forward to when joining. Lastly I would like to help out new players and answer any questions players have inside or outside of the game.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Why should I be considered over other candidates? I believe I can bring certain skills that others can't. I find myself as a naturally born leader and want to lead by example. In addition to this I find myself as a pretty mature and understanding person meaning I wont be biased and will have an open mind when handling sits for players. In addition to this I find that I get joy in helping others, its something that makes me happy and I'd love to just help out as many people as I can. I tend to put others first before myself.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was a moderator on Elitelupus Dark RP for about 4 months and then I had to take an LOA for some family reasons.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: NO
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I have a decent reputation with the community. I don't really cause many issues with everyone. Ultimately, it depends on who you ask as it's really impossible to have a perfect reputation with everyone. I try my best to rp and create a good environment for people to be in which is what I would hope I could amplify if were to become staff.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depending if I witnessed the event or not I would either clip the event or ask for a clip of the event. I would then use the evidence to act on the according punishment.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: First I would attempt to discuss with the staff member and maybe try to understand or reason with them on why they are doing this. If the actions continue I would then simply clip the action and provide the evidence to someone higher than them.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: In this tough situation, I would have to put the server over my friend and discipline them accordingly. Even if they are my friend it doesn't give them an exemption from the rules.
