What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I would like to become staff because I've noticed that during the super early mornings when I play a lot there are rarely staff around. During the early mornings when staff are not around I've noticed on a lot of occasions that there are both instances of people needing assistance with whitelisting and there being minges. Furthermore I have gotten to enough hours where I feel comfortable assisting players with any in game issues and questions they might have. With me having so many hours being staff on various Garry's Mod servers I already both know what to expect and know that I enjoy helping people. Finally I also have found my self enjoying this server a lot and spend most of my time gaming on it and think I should help and give back to this amazing community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I believe that as someone with well over 3,000 hours on Garry's Mod and at least 3/4 of that time being spent as staff on servers I bring a lot of experience which would make me a good candidate. Furthermore I am both passionate about this server and helping people on it. Another reason that I believe I should be considered over other candidates is that I play at a time where many staff do not and would be able to help fill in that void. I would also be able to dedicate a lot of hours to the game and my duties as staff. Finally I am very impartial when it comes to my duties as staff and would never show special treatment friend, family, or otherwise.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
I have a lot of experience when it comes to Garry's Mod moderating. I have 3,451 hours on Garry's Mod and most of those hours were spent on server where I have been staff on. Including being Head Administrator and Super Admin multiple times.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No I have not.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I can not say for sure how known I am, but I would say that I am fairly well known amongst the parts of the community that I interact with daily. Including the Polish, Jews, Chinese, and British. I am constantly active and spend a lot of time around the Garrison Gunshop and other properties such as the Bank. If I had to assume what people think of me, I would like to think I am known as a chill and laid back person. Furthermore I would like to think that I am well liked by those who I interact with daily.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
If I witness an RDM as an off duty staff member the first thing I would do is clip the event to ensure that there is evidence of the event. I would then check if there are other staff members on duty, if so I would make a ticket reporting the incident, show them the clip, and give them any other pertinent information to allow them to make the informed decision.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
Upon witnessing a fellow staff member committing abuse I would clip the incident, and try to discuss with them what their reasoning was. I would then try to get any further evidence needed and report the incidents to a higher up and answer any questions they might have as well as provide the evidence of the incident in question.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
Despite them being my friend if they are guilty then they are guilty, I have always been known as someone who is impartial when it comes to my duties as staff and never give special treatment to friend or otherwise.
