PD doorkick on car

The doorkick feature when used on vehicles is a great mechanic to pull someone out of the car that refuses to exit the vehicle. One thing that I believe could be improved while door kicking someone out of a car is that they are delayed on jumping back instantly in the car repeatedly to avoid detainment. Even though it's probably against the rules already because it looks like fail rp I just think it would be a good addition to avoid staff trouble and bring more proper rp to the server. For example, a five-second delay from once kicked out should by enough time for the officers to make an arrest as well as for the perp to get up from being ripped out of the car they refused to get out of.
