You cannot sell drugs that you make directly to an NPC, you must instead go through a third party. Below are the specific changes that were made.

- You will no longer be able to sell your drug directly to an NPC. You will need to sell it to someone outside of your faction, who can then use it for recreational purposes, or sell it to a vendor for profit.

- Processing time is now reduced to 5 minutes, to give an enough time for players to sell the drugs to others before ordering another shipment.

- All drug shipment prices have been reduced by $500 to allow for an appropriate amount of profit to be made, even after selling it to a player (which obviously will be lower than what you would sell it to a vendor to).
