What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to become a member of the Diverge Networks' staff team because I want to help the community grow. I really like and enjoy playing on MafiaRP servers and this is the first one that I have seen in a while. I want to help the gamemode and the overall MafiaRP community have a comeback and stay strong on one community. I have not played on MafiaRP servers in a while and I am coming back into it. I want to help as many members of the community as I can and give them a fun roleplaying experience while doing so.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I differ from other applicants in my opinion because I have so much experience in role playing and administration. I would consider myself a “Veteran” of the MafiaRP gamemode. I have played periodically on their servers since 2016. I have over about six thousand hours on Garry’s Mod with most of the hours all coming from serious role play servers. I have a ton of history playing whitelisted serious role play servers and have administered and staffed on many of them. I know how to properly utilize all of the major administration systems that are on Garry's Mod (ex: ULX, ServerGuard, bLogs, etc) and have common sense. I have also experimented with Nutscript in the past and know all of the proper commands and how to use them. I would also be unbiased because I am not involved with any factions or anything of that matter. Overall I believe that I am very well experienced and have all of the characteristics and attributes needed to be a competent member of the staff team.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have been staff on many roleplay servers, most of them being whitelisted, it started with me being a Senior Admin on Gaminglight’s DarkRP(~2014), and continued on with others such as being a Super Admin on Gaminglight’s MethRP(~2014), Senior Support on SantosRP(2016, official Santos), Moderator on IceFuse’s MilitaryRP(2016), Moderator on Defcon’s SantosRP(2016), Server Manager on NomadNetworks’ SantosRP(2016-17), Admin on MazeRP’s SantosRP(2018) Admin on OakRP’s SantosRP(2018), Community Manager on ViceRP's SantosRP(2019), and lastly Super Admin on Mobster’s Paradise MafiaRP(2020). I have also helped on some other servers and managed my own.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I have never been banned on any of Diverge Networks' servers.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'm not exactly sure if I am well known in this community. I do know that some people here should know me. I would like to think I have a good reputation in the MafiaRP community and I have not done anything bad in it. I hope other members of the community think that I am a helpful guy. I'd say that I am liked by most people here.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would step aside if I were not doing anything and go onto a staff character and do a sit and go on from there.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would speak with them about it, or I would gather evidence of it and show it to a higher ranking staff member to handle the situation.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat them the same way I would treat any other player. They would not get special privileges for just being friends with me. I would punish the player based on the severity of his actions and rule breaks.
