Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): This happened during the war with the Japs. The staff member was running about beside the jewerly store with a Asian model on (the ones the japs use and keep in mind the jewerly store is owned by the japs) so I killed him. The staff member pulls me to a roof (taking his own sit) and bans me.

Why should you be unbanned? The staff member baited people into killing him and he took his own sit. I believe my actions were justified.

Nobody baited you, you had no justifiable reason to kill me, you even said yourself in the sit "we are at war and you had an asian playermodel", blatant metagame and RDM. You had no reason ICly to kill me other than my playermodel.

I was in a VC and everyone was saying the japs are at the jewerly store so I got there, saw u and killed you. You had the exact same player model the japs used so I honestly believed it was one of them. Fair enough it wasn't one of them but, this is a honest mistake and I never had any intention to RDM. That was the only person I killed during that war.

+1 in the vc they said the japs were at the jewelry store so it was in rp right to shoot you there pendered it does honestly seem from my point of view like bait you knew there was a war on and there were a shit ton of people there who would've shot you and you still hung around the jewelry store
