What flags were blacklisted from you?: pac3 flags

Reason for blacklist (if given): created a new character with the name 'Michael Latareze' and put on a large sewer Rat pac, going to the PD to impersonate/minge.

Why should they be returned?: I have waited about a week and a half because i believed this to be a just flag blacklist, i would however like to request for them to be returned, Furthermore until the blacklist i had never been told to take off a pac3 or warned about it.
