What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Recently I have seen a decline in the amount of staff ingame during early/midday in EU times. I would like to change that by being active ingame and taking sits during those early hours. I have a lot of staffing experience in both mafiaRP and on other servers. I really enjoy being staff on servers because I can help out the community and i can be more involved in what happens on that server
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * [b]Because I am EU first of all, when I have noticed that there is not many staff on, so I can contribute to the server in that department. From what i have seen most staff are NA which means i will be able to get ingame before most of them.[/b]
I have a lot of staff experience which i can use to make sure that people wont be breaking the rules. I have over 1000 hours in MafiaRP over the last year or so. I am always reachable in DMs even if I'm not at home.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I believe i am well known within the criminal side of things. Many people know me on my Hangover character. I believe people also know me because i have been playing MafiaRP for over a year now. I have been playing Diverge for about 3 months now so i believe people have gotten to know me if they didn't know who i was before.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If there is a ticket made ingame i will take it. I will first bring the guy that has made the sit ask for any evidence of what happened if he has video evidence of what happened i will then bring the guy that RDMd ask him why he did it. I will then check his notes/warnes and see if he has any prior warns if he has prior warns i will warn him for RDM. If he does not have any previous warns i will just give him a verbal warning and add it onto his notes
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report him to the staff manager or any other UA member that was not involved in the situation
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If there is evidence that my friend has broken any rules i would warn him or ban him and tell him that he can not abuse our friendship to get away with breaking the rules.
