Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): Militaires Sans Frontières (Soldiers Without Borders) is a private military company founded in the early 1970s and led by renowned soldier Snake Pliskin into the late 1980s. Militaires Sans Frontières strongly opposed being controlled by a single force and fought for a new nation where people are free. MSF mainly deals in the distribution and sales of firearms and offering protection to other factions if the reward is good enough. MSF is a very loyal faction who will keep strictly to themselves and their business clients but if a problem goes their way, they can and will deal with it.

Militaires Sans Frontières specializes in providing a full range of military services, including combat, logistics, training, and weapons to their allied factions. One of MSF's main goals is to provide the right amount of protection, training, and firepower to their allied factions in order to help them solve their own problems when MSF might not be around to help. After a devastating attack to their base in 1975, Militaires Sans Frontières vowed to never let their guard down, only trust those who prove their loyalty, and to train and improve their soldiers to ensure it never happens again.

Militaires Sans Frontières is always looking for new members to join regardless of the skill that the joining member currently has because MSF will train the recruit to be just as good as the current soldiers. Militaires Sans Frontières will be a great addition to the servers current list of factions because it introduces a sense of freshness. Along with the sales of firearms, MSF offers protection to their allies and will offer to train them in order for them to protect themselves. As Snake Pliskin said, "We will forsake our countries. We will leave our motherlands behind us and become one with this earth. We have no nation, no philosophy, no ideology. We go where we're needed, fighting, not for government, but for ourselves. We need no reason to fight. We fight because we are needed. We will be the deterrent for those with no other recourse. We are soldiers without borders, our purpose defined by the era we live in. We will sometimes have to sell ourselves and services. If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists."

As much as i like MGS Peacewalker, this is just a straight porting of MGS to Gmod. The idea itself is not even original. While creating a militia group sounds like a good RP idea, it just wont work with the economy and the political climate of the server. Theres a reason why literally every single faction had their own security, because its cheaper that way. Because hiring a security detail on a regular basis is more expensive than creating and arming your own personnel. Hell even the hospital has its own security.

Bottom line is that the faction, regardless if its an original idea or not, will not survive in the server's climate. Plus, getting a militia legalized within the state government is more harder than creating a private security. If labelled illegal you're basically gonna get hunted down by law enforcement on a daily basis.

So are the factions created after movie mobs or real life mobs porting that to gmod? Or is it original somehow. I would like to pull off something like this so do you have any suggestions on what should be changed or added?

"Private Military Companies" are an often reoccurring thing in Mafia for some reason, and very rarely they actually manage to make it onto the server. When it does happen, they usually end up being really aggressive to start, and fizzling out quite quickly as they serve no real purpose as a faction to the core RP of the server. If you want some new ideas, I got them, but anything militarized is usually not the way to go.

Basing your faction off of a video game is completely out of the picture. Your character names aren't even supposed to be any game character.

Like mentioned before, creating a PMC does sound like a good idea only on paper. Every single faction on the server right now at least possess some sort of security group. Crime factions especially have their own "crews" to deal with tasks such as raids or small scale attacks. Having a PMC would essentially be redundant. 

Even if you do get commissions, the cost outweighs the benefits. Thats why factions have their own crews and security personnel. The resources needed to create these groups are much more cheaper. 

If your commissions are cheap, your faction will go bankrupt in just a short amount of time. Especially with the recent firearms legislation. It would be difficult for you to find profit in general.
