I am sick and tired of these giant factions owning half the properties on the map and not making any attempt for them to look like an active business. There are many people such as myself who would love to get a property or small store to run yet we cant because large factions occupy them. I was shocked to see that almost every property has been bought since about 5 of them are actually ran. It shouldnt matter if they pay the tax if they are not running the business it is wasting potential rp. This is specifically towards the Italian factions since they own half the server. One example is the club, it is a large property that I have yet to see open.

And people with rentals don't do as much as owners would

I think the cartel de medellin needs to be removed and there properties should be given to new factions they barely exist anymore

As much as I hate paying taxes, It would incentivize the business owners should make there commercial properties pay capital gains tax for realism and so a property owner or tenant, doesn't just sit there and do nothing with there real estate.
