Name of Faction: International Brotherhood of Teamsters Union (IBT)
Number of Members(Minimum of 5): 5 members (Willing to gain more as it Proceeds)
Type Of Faction (Family, Triad, Street Gang, etc): Labor Union
Organization Backstory (Minimum of 150 Words): A Civilized Union of Truckers that Formed in the Early Years of the 1900s. Soon enough it began to grow in Influence across the Country in many places. As it was known for its Large number of Members with Influencing Leaders not only impacting the Union, but the Entire Country of the United States. They Grew Larger and Larger as the Union became more known all over, but as the numbers grew so did the Power the Entire Union Held in the Nation. The Leaders Varied Over the Years, and the Reputation was Highly gained through the Regime of President Jimmy Hoffa in the 1950s through to the 1960s. His Regime gave their greatest Heights of Reputation not only the Nation but the Mafia as well, but he was stopped in his tracks by a disappearance that is still unknown to this day. With the End of his Regime Came President Frank Fitzsimmons which kept the IBT up to par with what Jimmy Left it in. Soon after Fitz came his Second in Command, Roy Williams, which only Lasted two years after being convicted of corruption. Once that ended the True Successor of the 1980s from Williams came Jack Presser, who Restored Spirit to the Union and Reputation with the Mafia and Mob. He recentralized the the past Union into a Newer and More Conditional one. Ever Since the Union has fixed itself due to the Efforts of President Presser, the Teamsters and Nation would Flourish and Prosper for a Long time to come. In this time of day the Teamsters have great faith in the Local 202 of New York City and the Future Appointed Local President for the Full Solidarity of the City's Work.
