Reason for PK: Fail Raid

Why should you be unPK'd?: I had no idea about that rule, Nor had I really intended anything wrong of it, People normally leave processors in there, And I had done this before without knowing. If this character is unPK'd I swear I won't do it again, nor will I try it under Most Circumstances.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I do not fully find the PK against the guidelines so I have nothing to add.

Hello, hello!

I am the administrator who dealt with your Permanent kill. In the video, I found it evident, that your character partook in a raid that harmed the reputation, and also caused financial harm, to the Cartel de Medellin. By going through with the raid you took on the faction and attempted to remove items from the room, because of this I deemed the permanent kill valid as you're harming the faction by attacking their establishment as well as attempting to steal from them. Then I also added on that you raided the mote, owned by them, which is another reason for a permanent kill. In the video you clearly weren't in their unarmed, I ruled out the possibility that you were just trespassing.

Overall, I believe there is no issue with this permanent kill due to the fact that you partook in a raid against a faction and also attempted to harm their reputation/financial assets.

 When I first came onto the server, I made sure to look over the rules, to prevent things like this to happen to me. I stand by my statement though.

Hello, unfortunately if you check the PK guidelines, any form of unwarranted harm whether it be financially or physically [with tangible evidence] will result in a PK should you get killed by the occupants inside said property. This is also one of the reasons why we encourage players to contact staff beforehand the raid in order to inquire regarding the exact rules.
