Players can mug or attempt to pull people away for mugs on empty streets, so the mug and combat isn't likely an issue. As for the other stuff it's kind of hard to see any other rulebreaks as the clips are short and cut up, I also would question why you returned to the same area after dying despite most likely being under NLR. I'd also like to note that being in a 3rd party call with a person and relaying In game information about things like location would be technically metagame, however I won't act on that. I'll simply be denying this as the evidence provided doesn't allow me to say that a rule was violated with 110% certainty
