This new system would allow for more rp, fear rp, and more active/needed ems.
This is pretty simple, might add some lag to the server.
How it works: So in this new system, it would take away the instant death thing after getting shot. It will give you a cool down based on where you were shot.
Head = 2 minutes
Torso/leg = 4 min
(Enough time for ems to respond)
Finishing this without getting treatment will kill you or pk if pk active.
Also you should add a rule where police can’t kill people if they are down but have to call ems
Now onto how medical treatment works. When police shoot somebody, they call and ems and they respond in the ambulance, the ems have a medkit, and stabilizer. They can use the stabilizer tool on the unconscious body which will change the time bar from unconscious to stabilized and 4 minutes before death, leaving is an auto ban for ltarp btw, then the ems will have 4 minutes to take the body in a stretcher or something to the hospital and take it to the npc at the counter and heal the guy and force him to wake up.
