PD Uniform ranks

Add rank variations to the uniforms sold by the NPC.

Like the Senior Officer, Corporal and Sergeant chevrons, Lieutenant and Captain bars, and maybe the stars for High Command.

Another thing that would be interesting are service hash marks on the left sleeve of uniforms.
Hash marks, service stripes, continuous-service marks/stripes, whatever you want to call it are small bars on an Officer's left sleeve.
Each bar is given for a certain amount of time serving.

Each bar could be given for each month a person has been in the PD without resigning or getting discharged.

Hash marks for the NYPD are only used for their dress uniforms, and are typically only used for dress uniforms or, "class A" for police all around the US, so its kinda weird to have them on regular uniforms. 

I agree that there should be rank insignias added to the uniforms, especially cpl, sgt chevrons & lt, and cpt bars.

What are the rank insignias and shirts on the old models. Get them for us and we can see about getting it bonemerged.
