Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc): Captain Patrick Smith was killed with a glock outside the bank(behind jewlery store). After the killing of the Captain by some random person on the run, Officer Christopher Brown somehow put together that the captain was in fact dead and the location of his death(through metagaming) and instead of going to the location, he went to me(outside pharmacy) and killed me from across the street as i was reloading my shotgun(wasn't aiming at anyone). The officer's reason for the killing was that he heard that his Captain died and he heard the gun shots so he just killed the first person with a weapon that he found, as you can see in the video, even though the captain was shot by a glock and i had a shotgun out.

Hello, I am replying to this as you called a sit about this situation.

There is a very good chance that Captain Patrick Smith called backup on his radio. This only adresses the metagaming accusation on your part.

For the RDM, killing someone at the pharmacy when the shooting happend at the bank is not a good reason to kill someone, especially with the new open carry bills (valid for shotguns, pistols and semi-auto). The officer did not attempt to make any contact with you after spotting you. Your gun was not pointed towards him. Through logs I can confirm that you are not the person who killed Patrick Smith, which would void the possibility of him seeing you shoot him prior the start of the clip.

Officer Christopher Brown will be getting an appropriate punishment for RDM depending on his POV and PO.
