What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I applied because I believe I can help to cultivate the community, even if it's on a small level. I am informative and open to different situations. I want to make sure that new players aren't written off as minges, but just people that are new to roleplaying. I have spent a lot of time on the server and I just think it's time to do more. Hopefully, I can get to a position where I can make some positive changes in the server.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: As stated previously, I can definitely be open to different and challenging moderation-based situations. I have been a moderator for Diverge before. Unfortunately, I had to basically leave out of the blue due to pressing matters in the real world (family, living). This means that I already know the rules by heart, have dealt with hundreds of staff situations, and know all of the staff commands. I also believe I can properly keep my moderation and roleplay separate, so as to not have any conflicts of interest. I absolutely despise metagame.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I have acted as a moderator for some smaller communities in other games. The most relevant being my time in Diverge as a moderator previously. I was a moderator for I believe around 2 months. It could be longer or shorter, I really do not recall the length of time.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I recently came back to the server. Between the new updates and the new factions, I'm enjoying the server quite a bit. That being said, I have tried hard to myself acquainted with all the new faces and orgs. On top of that, all the OGs should still remember me. I don't think I ever picked up a negative reputation in the community.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I wasn't interacting with others at the time I saw it, I could hopefully jump on my staff character to handle the issue. In any other case, however, I would contact other staff members using the staff chats or VCs and inform them of the situation. I'm also always medal clipping so I could use that to help the other staff member.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: It depends on what it is. If it's something that is inherently metagaming or disrupting RP for players. I would most likely reach out to a member of UA with an explanation of the situation. The last thing I'd want is for players to feel like the staff is corrupt and immature.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would examine any evidence, and treat it as if it was anyone else. After doing so, I would spend some time with them, showing them how the server works and why what they did is against the rules.
