What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Ive gotten extremely invested into the server and have been working already to help improve the server and thought to my self why not apply and help out even more. I like alot of people on the server and wan't to help prevent and help manage both servers
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Id say im fairly unbias know a large amount of the community and treat every one equally, I divide my RP character from my OOC friendships and same goes for staffing if you break the rules i must enforce them (when im on duty)
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):I was Head gamemaster on starwars rp for about 4 years on multiple servers i was Superadmin and community manager of a lot of lerousos mafia rp server and MP 4.0 as far as i know i was respected and liked as staff.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned for rdm when trying to free some one in prison the ban originaly was justified but i did fight against the extension to permaban, Ive also been warned 6 months ago when i was running with flaco as a honorary nigga for “being a minge” even tough it was me just fucking around saying stupid shit.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Id say im well respected and known in the community the past 2 years ive been in mafia rp i made many friends and had many fun moments with alot of people, Big characters i had were Lil 2 Pac, Dave Frogillo (handicapped guy with a toy car and a hamburger) Hernandez Nuestra extremely stereo typical Mexican-American with a thick accent and a bucket hat.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names:Stretch, Pendred in a way.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depending on the rdm usually i let it slide but if it was a minge that was rdming to just kill people i would make a ticket for staff that are on duty to take it as i can’t take a ticket im victim in my self to avoid bias towards the perpetrator if no staff are on and its only me i would go on duty and just look over him to see if he continues to rdm other people not being my self.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:Fillin a demotion report on the forums, also record him preforming this abuse and bring it up in a staff meeting or show it to the head of staff rem.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:I would ban them according to the rule requirements fully i would also see if another staff is available or record the sit to ensure quality of enforcing rules and avoiding bias. I personally see staffing as in a way working i have to do my duty and they should understand that if the friendship is lost due to me enforcing the rules it wasn’t a good friendship to begin with.
