Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I didn't know item transfer was this serious during warfare, I want to apologize for this because I really enjoy playing the server, this server has helped me when I was bored and didn't know what to do so I would hop on mafia rp and play that for days straight, I know im a virgin. Anyways I'm not a bad person and this is only my 2nd ban ever. So can you forgive me? Also in the event of my ban being extended to perma because of “ban evading”I have a reason for that, its going to sound like bull shit but like me explain anyways, my little brother lives with me and also plays gmod and one day he decided to hop on the MafiaRP server with some friends and he was banned, and that's what he told me. Why should you be unbanned? I am not responsible for my brother's actions but I am responsible for the ban I received for char transfer. Also I admit that 3 days is more than enough time for a char transfer ban and I have served the required amount of time. I am here to say this for both my brother and me, are you willing to unban us both.(I don’t think my brother would care if he is unbanned but i will provide his steam id if needed).

I've known this dude since 2020 October or so, while he may be a racist retard, he's not the guy who would try to evade his ban. I do believe it was an accident. Used to play with him on other servers back in the day, can confirm he was hella bored and ngl he played for 2wks on here before I realized he played here LMAO. We found it by giving eacher our discord and saw our old dms

This excuse is always used as a way to get out of a perm ban for evading.
How convenient that your brother gets on the 1 of thousands of GMOD servers,
and that one server being the server you main and happened to be banned on.
Also, why would your brother get on an ALT account? And load into this server.
Seems like a shit reason, and in my opinion, this will go farther if you just tell the truth.

My brother wasn’t on a “alt account” I made his account on my pc about a year ago, I can also provide pictures of my brothers pc compared to mine. I can also show his ban on his side of the computer. And to add on to the “1 out of a thousand servers” I told him to try out the server, not knowing I would be banned in the process

Using the "it was my brother" is very typical. You can reappeal in 6 months, or sooner if a Head Admin+ approves of it.
