What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Due to my shedule beeing a bit less filled i decided to come back onto Diverge just to have some fun. But I had to encounter the same issues that were present when myself and a handful of other EU staff left. Almost no / low staff on during downtime and a horrible quality of sits (if even taken). Even though there are like 20-30 people on Miami i rarely see any staff there until 9pm EST. Additionaly i figured that one of the reasons why it is so difficult to get your ticket taken is that the server is divided onto two seperate servers now. Leaving the staff capacity at the same level with a growing playerbase. I would like to come back and help out with those issues.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: [b]I have been on this server since it started. I have experience in every section of RP and know pretty much everything gameplay related you have to know. I always try to create a very rp friendly enviorment for everyone even with limited opportunities. I am also very dedicated to what i do. I would also consider myself a trustworthy person. In addition to that: I live in the EU. It has come to my notice that there is a big lack of EU staff at the moment and i would like to help. As mentioned above, I used to be a member of staff on here a while ago. I know i was inactive but the quality of my sits was always great and i never heard any complains about the way i did my stuff. I am also a very reasonable person in term of handing out punishments and such.[/b]

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Record it and send it to UA
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would deal with him in the same way i would with anyone else.
