I've told you this as well as hue. You attempted to kill a man that you stated could be the shooter that killed your friend. You followed him and while he was next to a police officer you then shot him. You could've waited till the officer was gone but you decided to shoot him whilst he was there and he got hit aswell. And in response to him being shot killed you. You stated there was a blue blur and that you didn't see any officers, you were a danger to the public along with the officer and you were handled accordingly.

First thing, Luke Roger has a serious problem of being pk hungry and that is something he must work on as this brings a toxic aspect to the community, that we really just don't need. Nonetheless, you shooting at a suspect that a cop is arresting and then dying for it can be valid for a pk. (whether you hit the officer or not)

Again I understand your frustration towards Luke Rogers since he is clearly being childish about this situation but that doesn't change what happened.

your right man I own up to it. There was better stuff I could of done and if im given a 2nd chance I will.
