Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc): He disrespected my boss so I came up to him and asked about it. No staff were on so I couldn't get reinbursed. I believe the female was his friend but in the clip the driver didn't even try and swerve the vehicle, and if the driver is friends with the person, that would kind of be bait RDM as the female intentionally ran me over.

-1. nah, bro. the clip is less than 30 seconds long and shows no prior context to your version of events apart from being hit. you were clearly in the road, the driver stopped after hitting you and got out so it wouldnt run you over and kill you, no one attempted to attack you initially, and you didn't even try to demand compensation.

after you shot a member of our faction, a friend we both had f3'd opened fire on you, and i killed you at the very end of it for killing my faction member.
