Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i feel as if my ban is unjustified 

Why should you be unbanned? because i did not item transfer, however, i did notice there were more guns in my bank, but i did not transfer them from another character. and yes, i probably should have checked with the other person on my bank, however, at the time i did not. i honestly want to move past this because i personally believe i was wrongfully banned.

You and your friend were once again doing Top Hat gang stuff, and both did the exact same thing you were banned for previously. I removed all the stuff in the bank account, and removed your access from it.
