-1 you guys pulled guns on the dude and tried threatening him, mug or not your still putting a dude at gunpoint and under threat of life

From what i could see flying above you lot, you just both came at the guy with guns on him with the intention of putting him under fear RP he risked his life/risked the pk by breaking fear RP and killed you both. You took the same risk by pointing guns at him in the first place, also neither clip shows context so i could only go off of what i saw while in noclip which looked to be some sort of mugging.

The guy was not being mugged, but rather being threatened due to a verbal argument. In this situation, no commands were given. It was a valid kill, but I would not PK for this.
