Why I should be UnPK'd: When I was mugging the guy he was under fear RP and I told him not to move because he was under Fear RP he is not supposed to move or reach for a gun because he is in fair for his life.

Fear RP rules are different on this server. As you would know if you took the time to read either server rules or our PK rules. Instead of punishing Fear RP breaks via OOC bans which breaks the flow of roleplay, users are allowed to risk their lives to shoot their mugger at the risk of a PK. If you were mugging someone who broke fear RP and you killed them, with video evidence, you could have them PK'ed as well. The fear to their life is a risk which they weigh against a possible PK if they fail.

Mugging itself is also a very risky and dangerous practice, meaning if you're killed during the mugging you are subject to a PK.

Like Canadian said, FearRP on this server works differently than others as it gives the players a choice to not comply and put their life at risk. In this case, in which I showed the clip to you in the sit, you initiated a mugging, aiming a handgun at him and saying you were going to rob him. His response was to take the risk and try to fight you, which he won. Unfortunately, under the PK Guidelines, it's stated that "Being killed during a mugging attempt" warrants a PK, and in this case, you were killed during the attempt.
