Got an rdm ban for shooting a guy who drew on me first.

Reason for ban: we had reports of a cab driver that was mugging people in the area i corned him and shot a guy in a meat locker who pulled a gun on me first. Because we kept opening and closing the door on each other and he was freezing to death in there.

Length of ban: 5 days (seriously for one guy? I have like 4 pos in the last 9 months)

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I not saying it wasn't partially justified, but 5 days is ridiculous. I could understand 2 or 3.


Why should you be unbanned? (I apologized and they guy literally accepted my apology and said it was fine. Infamy why dude we already came to a fair comprimise? I also offered to pay for his gun out of my own pocket, and we all know that the NYPD makes no money.

I believe your ban is just. Now let me tell you why you have had multiple warnings for RDM via your notes and sits. Including one from me on the day of for ARDM. With multiple warnings in the past and one on the day of you completely ignored anything i even said to you in the first sit.

Now an explanation on the case you were banned for, you were doorblocking 2 people inside of a freezer not allowing them to leave and then turning on the freezer for him to die. He then pulled out his gun and aimed it at you and i explained you couldn't do that and then you attempted to argue with me in the sit about the situation. You've had warnings in the past and you completely went past them and did it.
