Suggestion:
I think it would be really beneficial to introduce a new hospital / paramedic system. When you are killed you enter a state of bleeding out / unconscious which notifies the paramedics online, they put you on a stretcher (which then stops the timer which kills you), they bring you to the hospital and treat you.
This would create a new roleplay pipeline similar to that of the police. You move up in 'rank' and become a doctor etc - when the injured person is brought in they have to RP with the hospital staff. As well as this you can go into the hospital with a broken leg for example and get seen. If you end up passively dying, it would be much better if you woke up in the ER.
Pros:
- New RP pipeline for medical type RP rather than just patching yourself up
- Would bring RP to the hospital which is mostly a dead area.
- Better roleplay experience rather than just respawning
- Makes the server more interesting as people could have a medic character on the side.
Cons:
- Kind of DarkRPish but if handled the right way I think it would be great
