Reason for ban: Constant rule breaking

Length of ban: permanent 

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): it's been a almost a year since i was banned, and over the year life has gotten pretty dull, and i had a good time doing RP on this server.

Why should you be unbanned? as a favor, i plan to not intentionally greif on this server anymore. and instead do many things to build this server higher than it already is.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I would normally say i promise to never break rules again, but we all know that's pointless, i know there will be bumps down the road, i've had some time to cool off, focus on life. but i think that it would be worth another shot at this server, a restart. last time i was on the server, i played it like an anarchy. killed at random, didnt follow rules. ill do my best to behave this time.
