Reason for Ban: Fail Scam
Length of Ban: 24hrs
Reason for appeal: To my understanding I had previously gone through all the rules and nothing is mentioned about not allowing in game finesse or scam for in game credits. I figured it's the same as mugging. IRL no one does a deal without seeing the product they buy. I strongly feel that the victim is at fault. He approached me as I was walking down the road with a mask over his face obviously extremely suspicious. So I turned the tables and delivered the same energy the victim had delivered to myself. I lured him into a deal that was obviously a set up. 19W from 88k. No one is going to sell that much for such a discount. HE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THE RED FLAGS INSTANTLY.
Why I should be unbanned: I'm a extremely active player. Follow the rules that have been scripted amongst the server rules. I didn't feel the act I committed was against any rule or policy. Also unsure it that lead to my character being pk'd or not. Truly feel this is unjustified

It's fail scam because seconds after receiving the money you switched character,

It's okay to scam people but you can't swith char or disconnect to escape or avoid the roleplay aftermath.

However the PK still applies, as it was to deny the fail scammed money.
