Reason for PK: Char Abuse (I belive)

The Situation 
 I reached out to Moses and Canadian Bacon for Clarification on Mass Char abuse as I've never heard or seen it in the rules or in game. Moses believed the situation I described was not Character Abuse, Canadian told me Character abuse can take many forms and it's up to the context of the situation what is or isn't considered character abuse. 

The situation surrounding the Char abuse was this. I was chilling at city hall and noticed some people who I had known threw names(F3s). I was chilling and then they approached me asking for weapons. I had previously sold weapons to them and had a large surplus of them in my bank so I decided to give some Bars, Mac11s and a few pistols, as i don't need 40 bars. 

Afterwards I had swapped characters and watched them go around for a bit and decided to approach them and ask to join their “Gang”. I had my own weapons and didn't touch anything my other characters had. I then proceeded to join them in their activities which included street racing and Mugging. I never intended to break rules and was just trying to rp and have a good time on a boring morning instead of grinding shipments. 

I understand now what is Char Abuse, but at the time i was unaware of the specifics and due to my ban being accepted. I've noticed Two of my Characters were 
Pked / Banned due to the situation. I believe that this was unwarranted given the situation, and was never informed of this happening.

You on your main char (this one) supplied all your friends alts with guns, then you changed char to your mugging char and one of them gave you a gun and you joined them in on the mugging. With this mugging it wasn't just normally going around doing the occasional person it was mass mugging and on chars made only for mugging. It was very clearly char abuse, if you didnt help them then not rly but you did dyou suppled them all with guns to help you mass mug people.

Verkan Valentine is not a “Mugging Character”. He has his own goals, and objectives and does criminal activities as a way to make money, due to him not being able to hold down a job. 

I was chilling at city hall when people approached who I had their names and was acquainted with (f3s). They asked me for weapons and seeing as i know them, and didn't need 40 firearms, I gave them Bars, Mac11s and a few pistols. There was no metagame, I simply was roleplaying out a situation, and giving them some weapons as i don't need them. 

I then followed them around on Antonio Murano and watched them, and seeing as I was bored I decided to swap characters to Verkan Valentine and run around for a bit and look for some fun, as it was very boring. I Ran into them at around gun store when i was buying ammo for my firearm and they then approached me and  “recruited me to their Gang”.

I never received a weapon from them, That is false, and if you could i would love to see the evidence you acted upon during this PK. 

As For muggings as previously stated and affirmed by you it was 2-3 muggings over the span of 1-2 hours but you claim that I inactivated more making it mass mugging. That is quite simply false. There were only 2-3 muggings, but there were lots of other rp scenarios which caused me, and them to draw weapons.
These include that i remember,

A Man on a motorcycle pulled a gun on us, which led to us chasing him in our car and then pulling weapons on him and asking him why he pulled out a weapon on us. He then decided to run away with 4 Guns on him, then pull out a weapon which led to us shooting him, This was not a mugging. 

Multiple people running over, my “Gang members' ' which led to us shooting at them, or getting them to pull over. These were not muggings as we were responding to people Running over us and our friends. 

People Crashing into our car leading us to point weapons at them and telling them to pull over. 

As for Character Abuse, As explained earlier and with the screenshots with Moses and Canadian bacon, it seems that Staff members and especially players don't understand it fully. Moses believed, and I did at the time that Char abuse only involved Gov and Pd characters to benefit you or your friends.

 I never intentionally broke rules, if i did happen to do so, i apologize, but i believe you mishandled this situation and acted upon little to no evidence. Your reply was hastily written and had multiple spelling and grammatical issues.
