I think you need to work on your backstory a little bit, give some examples of crimes, the history of the gang getting together, the struggles and triumphs that you have been through. It kind of reads as a general overview of any typical faction.

As well as this, I believe your play time is a little low for the responsibility of running an organisation.

All the best though, i'd like to re-read if you do make some amendments.
