Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I belive i should be unpk'd because mr chow jr has never done anything wrong to receive a death mr chow jr has never done his faction bad in any way. mr chow jr has joined the gambino family 6 months ago and played for almost a month or two with them untill he had to go on vacation for 6 months. then when mr chow logged in i was pulled into a sit after the faction kicked me out there pager and i got mr chow jr out of jail wich he had no pending charges and was took out of the faction then out of now where after they said i was freed from jail i got pulled into another sit and got pulled into a sit with the same admin who let me free and another man whos discord is masterxplans aka burden aka griller and then proceded to ask is that mr chow come back to gambinos do you want too and i said sure you guys were fun to play with and i liked the faction so then was playing the week before the fake war during the first week back they asked mr chow jr to change his charecter and they will invite me to the faction if i make an italian man iii told them i wanted to keep mr chow jr and that he would forget everything about what he knows they said okk and that he would not be pkd i beleive. then when the real war started i seen a known enemy of the davis boys and killed him but there was a man standing next to him so i proceeded to kill him to not knowing it was a ally in the faction then he reported me we talked it out i told him it was accidental and then either way i proceeded to except my one day ban. after getting banned i dint play for a week and a half cause i was moving up the east coast irl to another state and when i finally logged in today i saw a gambino ii went up to him to say hello and all the sudden he called an admin in game to have him in a sit so he could get that admin to watch me while he put a hit on me for no aparent reason at all and now mr chow is dead.i dont think mr chow jr was rightfully pkd cause they had no problem with a asian man joining the faction 6 months ago so what changed ?? i believe this was discrimination torward my asian charecter mr chow and he should have not been pk'd for showing the upmost respect to there family and has never done any wrong doing to them in the past. i hope you consider this appeal please mr chow would have forgot everything he knew and wich wasnt much at all and lived a good life.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: i have a video clip of how i was pk'd i was afk in front of npcs i feel like that isnt even roleplayed properly to be a vailid pk considering i was afk when i came back to a death screen i then reveiwed what happen and made a ticket with the clip link.

i understand but why did he pull me into asit  from a jail cell said i have no pending charges and then made me a citizen. then pulled me into another sit after with one of our faction crew leaders that i guesse he knew. then asked if i wanted to join again and i did agree cause like i said it was a fun group of people to play with. but then couple days later i guesse the crew leaders boss told him i had to change my ethnicity to be in the faction and they were going to whitelist me on another charecter just had to make him italian. then they were busy with war stuff so they never got around to whitelisting him and still proceeded to pk mr chow jr after saying they were going to let him live. all because of accidentally killing somone who i believed was apart of the davis boys cause he was with a davis boy.
