Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images):
- In the year of 1895, within the city or Medellin, many families lived impoverished and hungry. One of these families however, did not wish to see their brethren and friends starve. With no work available, and with crops all dry, the men of the city needed to look for more unorthodox ways to survive. They began to do petty theft against those of other towns and regions, trying to steal cattle or loaves of bread, sometimes caught, but mostly not. When discovering what their neighbors were doing, local militias began to form and combat the starving thieves. But quickly their tiny disputes became almost battle-like, starting what could only be described as mass carnage. The city streets looked war torn, with the occasional body strung about on the dirt roads and blood lusted gangs wandering the streets, looking for their next bit of prey. The groups continued stockpiling arms and growing their own militias to fight one another. with wars over territories and wars over minor disputes, the town had descended into total discord and madness. Seeing what they had done, this small family, and the crew of thieves they formed, needed a way out of the city in order to not be tortured or killed. Thankfully, after many cold nights adrift on a raft, groups of local pirates welcomed them reductively and soon became intertwined. The group began to grow in size, and like its mass, the relationship between themselves grew as well. The family however, was called Martinez, with the head of it being a tall "Juan Ricardo Martinez" and the group? Los Diablos.
- Carlos Emilio Martinez moved to America in 1987, hoping to make a new life and a name for himself and his familia. Carlos began to work as a security guard at the Silver Tongue, working for the Italians and making good money. The Italians soon accepted him into their "organization", which Carlos figured existed because of suspicious meetings. Carlos worked in the business for a while before he realized his passion was to continue what his relatives had done in Colombia. He had talked to a few Colombos and random men off the street, and began to sell Cocaine to people, they began to sell firearms, they established a hierarchy and base of operations. The group began to grow, and began to flow cash into everyone's bank, and considering Carlos and his family's past, Carlos had begun to fancy this lifestyle, he named the group the "Cártel del Diablo", or the Cartel of the Devil.
