Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Alright so my partner I and were hosting a party together, and it was popping. Lots of people were attending, new friendships and partnerships were being forged. We were having a ton of fun, casual stuff for a Saturday night for me. One of my friend runs out into the street and collides with a police officer that we as a group were pranking and messing around with. Then a couple seconds go by and a person speeds down the neighborhood street, drives past a police barricade, possibly on the sidewalk, and runs over our partner. The person driving, Van Pringle, not only runs over the man without any intent on avoiding it, he keeps running him over for a long time, so I quickly pull out my shotgun to kill the man. How is that Random Death Match?

Rem pulls me into a sit, says "if a person is lying in the middle of the road they are liable to get ran over. that is how VDM works".

Well the rules state:

Killing Rule #5: You may kill in self defense or in defense of your partners/faction/property.
Vehicle Rule #2: Do not randomly VDM.
Vehicle Rule #3: Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not.
Vehicle Rule #4: Do not intentionally minge your vehicle by targeting players or cars at random for ramming. This also includes running around parking lots damaging cars/tires for no reason other than to bait.

Why should you be unbanned? I was defending my parties attendants, partners, allies, and faction members from serial killers and in this case a person that clearly did Vehicle Death Match. The party is private and our event. I didn't randomly kill anyone and I aided by the servers rules, written in words that have legalized definitions. I'm super surprised I even have to say this because of how often people actually Vehicle Death Match in this server, its like the number one cause of death that I've seen so far.

You had a retard attack during the sit, refused to understand when I explained it to you, and took the staff advice of your faction members rather than me which is hilarious. You did not know the guy at all, and you were just trigger happy.

You are not allowed to take OOC rule breaks into your own hands. If you think someone RDMs someone, make a ticket.

I assumed you were off your meds and I would have just accepted your appeal if you realized what you did was wrong, but apparently you would rather take the opinion of people who have no idea what the basic fundamentals of the rules are. I can care less about this appeal.
